General Information

Technical Details

  • Slump of mixed mortar is 25-30cm (tested by Suttard pipe);
  • The volumetric mass of mortar is 1.9 – 2.0 kg/l;
  • Compressive strength of mortar after 28 days > 35 (N/mm2);
  • Flexural strength of mortar after 28 days > 6 (N/mm2);
  • Adhesion strength of mortar on the M300 concrete surface > 0.3 (N/mm2);
  • Ability to prevent moisture;
  • Thickness per coat: 2 – 10 mm;
  • Consumption: 1.7 – 2 kg per 1 mm thickness

Application

  • Mix product with water content according to ratio Water/Power=0,22 – 0,26 (5,5-6,5 liter of water/01 bag 25kg). Water can be adjusted more or less depending on the calculated work of mortar usage;
  • Can use for thickness range 2-10 mm;
  • Mixed mortar should be used within 30-40 minutes;
  • Expired date: 06 months from the production date;
  • Keep in cool and dry places.
